Received a chargeback , from institution , for full service rendered, with documentation of that service sent to paypal, tried contact with customer through ph,txt, email to no avail. Donation to local non profit went out on E check along with total charge back amount , i'm actually and physically out the $652 bucks, yet says "under review" in details, do I just wait? , thank you ... Performed a service , person paid in full with pay pal on 8-23-2019 , unauthorized transaction opened on me and a $662.00 charge back is now pending and showing a -$ amount in my balance, I understand its the credit card co. but I have proof of service rendered with an invoice and sent a copy to service@paypal with my pp-d  number, is there any hope? also had auto deduct monthly donation to a nonprofit and the donation plus the negative balance was with drawn before the investigation was completed,.. what's going on?......insight please ...
