I have been a PayPal business for over 15 years. My account was limited two days ago by PayPal with absolutely no warning because they wanted additional identity information (although they have had 15 years to ask for this). Ok - I figured I would follow their resolution and get up and running again quickly. First question they asked was whether my company is "Publicly Traded" - I thought they were asking has my company traded under that business name - but I found they mean was it listed on the Stock Exchange. However having answered "Yes" there is now now way in the user interface that I can find, to change this and no way to complete the resolution process because it wants me to enter stock market information that is not relevant. This is terrible user interface design and it is difficult to understand how a billion dollar company can't do better than this. There is of course no way to actually talk to a human about this and even the auto chat bots now see to be ignoring me. Does any one know how to fix this?
