Hello, according to PayPal on October 7, 2020 I received a refund of € 45.65, which I had paid for a course that did not work and I asked for my money back.I never received that money, despite what appears in the PayPal information.Perhaps the problem is that at that time (October 2020) I did not have my bank account registered with PayPal.I don't have any money in My balance. They tell me to contact the person who sent me the money. To make things even more confusing, the transaction ID that appears on my page is different from the one given to me by the person who sent me the money.So I don't know what I can do to get that money back, I'm afraid it has been lost in PayPal's coffers, and I will never get it back.This is all very frustrating.
