I sent my daughter 500.00 on July 8 2020 to help pay for my granddaughter's funeral. It was supposedly sent to her email address but she never got it. I am frustrated beyond belief that Paypal will not take responsibility and refund my money. That money is hung up somewhere in that organization because it cleared my account almost immediately.
