I sent my daughter 500.00 on July 8 2020 to help pay for my granddaughter's funeral. It was supposedly sent to her email address but she never got it. I am frustrated beyond belief that Paypal will not take responsibility and refund my money. That money is hung up somewhere in that organization because it cleared my account almost immediately. How convenient that they have no phone number or email address themselves
