I made a complaint to PP and, after 10 days, got this back. Useless. Thanks for contacting PayPal. What they do is send something small that costs a lot to send back as they, with me, insisted on a tracking service number to get my refund through PayPal. I have sent a complaint to PP but haven't had a reply yet. ... View more

Yes, have dispute open. They've offered full refund through PayPal but only if I send, wrong, item back. This will cost nearly as much as the refund. They've also offered smaller refund but only if I cancel dispute. Catch 22 really. ... View more

Hi, got sent wrong item (worth about £0.99) and paid £16.00. They've offered a full refund if I send item back which will cost nearly as much as refund.
