Hello, My PayPal account has been permanently limited. I have not been given any proper reasoning to this. Yesterday, I was trying to buy a programming service from someone. I sent them 60 GBP, but when the money arrived to their account, it was on hold. They would not complete the service if the money was on hold. They refunded me the money and then invoiced the amount. I paid the invoice, and the money was still on hold. They then attempted to refund the money again, and they found that their account was limited. I check my account to find it was also limited. PayPal asked me to upload a photo of my ID and submit details about some previous transactions. I did all of that, hoping to wake up today and find my account to be fine. When I checked my email, I saw an email that said "You can no longer do business with PayPal". I was shocked and upset, as it said that I could no longer send or receive money, and my current balance was on hold for 180 days before I could access it. I am positive that I have not done anything to violate buyer protection policies, and I am currently panicking. I was fired from my job due to Covid-19, and was relying on income online from doing services for people to survive. I have to pay rent this week, and I need 450 USD out of my balance to do so. I currently have a balance of 477.69 USD. I have tried many things. I opened a message in the message center only to receive an automated reply. I have attempted to call PayPal's customer service number until I ran out of international credit, all I hear is "Our customer support line is currently closed due to Covid-19". If I do not get access to my money soon, I will be removed from my apartment. Please, I do not ask to use PayPal anymore, simply to get access to the money that is currently in my balance. Thank you.
