Hello. I am currently trying to verify my address so limitations are removed off my account. However the only way I can do this is via an app created by the government where I live. It clearly states my name, National ID number (which I have uploaded photos of to verify my identity) and address. it also has the logo of the app.
The reason I can't provide a utility bill or statement is because my workplace handles all of that.
I have tried to upload a gif of me opening the app, where it shows all my information, and I was emailed that it was incorrect. How can I solve this issue?
