Paid for a phone on May 25 and got shipped a cassette Player and broken WiFi router. Opened a INAD and escalated to claim, PayPal has been reviewing this case for a very long time and they haven't done a single thing or update me yet and I'm worried. I can't tell if PayPal is profiling me or actually lying because on July 4th I was told I would get a confirmation regarding my case in 24hrs and yet I haven't gotten anything yet. Why do PayPal lie to it's customers? Did I make a big mistake choosing them? Yes. Would I use PayPal again? Never. Is PayPal the worst? Yes.
