That’s exactly what they want you to do. Be persistent with PayPal and insist on talking to the Manager. I did and was refunded. Also talk to your credit card company and they will recover funds. please note always pay for items such as these by credit card and not debit card. Read up the why’s and wherefores.

I'm trying to find out the exact same thing with my dispute. Seller offered a partial refund and made up some story about money I still owed him for another transaction for a dog of all things. Said if I didn't take it I would lose it all. Since then the date keeps getting pushed back.

i am going through this also with the most clear cut case of scammer possible. Delayed at least 3 times so far that I screenshotted.. possibly more I didnt catch. Why is covid still an excuse? Let your people work from home and process cases, you've had 6 months to transition.. companies that cant react quick dont last.

Open a dispute for INR and escalate to claim

Paid for a phone on May 25 and got shipped a cassette Player and broken WiFi router. Opened a INAD and escalated to claim, PayPal has been reviewing this case for a very long time and they haven't done a single thing or update me yet and I'm worried. I can't tell if PayPal is profiling me or actually lying because on July 4th I was told I would get a confirmation regarding my case in 24hrs and yet I haven't gotten anything yet. Why do PayPal lie to it's customers? Did I make a big mistake choosing them? Yes. Would I use PayPal again? Never. Is PayPal the worst? Yes. Case ID - PP-D-67907156 The world is a bad place with companies like PayPal I can't lose my money and I'm going crazy, I might end up going after the scammer "Mediabox Moers Germany" in real life because I can't allow someone to steal from me, I worked freaking hard for that money. Please advice me because PayPal is useless 🤦
