No Product, No Refund, Continuous delay of resolution

Anyone else out there that initiated a claim and Paypal keeps delaying when they will address it.  I paid for an order, never received the order but still no refund.  Paypal was to resolve it but just keeps changing the date when that will happen...kicking the can down the road.  Seller hasn't contacted me in a month and never provided any proof the product was being shipped (delivery date, product ordered, etc).  All attempts on my part to get any definitive info from seller aren't happening.  I guess i see who Paypal works for....not us but all the Sellers.

I am so frustrated. Purchased a product on April 9th. Seller seems like an overseas scam. It's been over 2 months. No tracking number, no legitimate response from shipper other than generic "please be patient" and a bogus tracking number. Pay pal keeps telling me they are working on it, but resolution has been pushed from May 28th, to June11th and now to June 21st. Has anyone out there had better luck? Or waited this long and gotten a refund? I certainly don't want PayPal to have to take the hit for this, but it's not fair that I should fall victim to a scam through my PayPal account.

Paypal should be able to withdraw the funds from their account.  But your seller and mine keep making up lies to tell Paypal so they don't do this.  Or maybe the Seller cancelled their Paypal account and they just need to tell us that they cannot get our money back.  My purchase was about a week after yours and have had the same thing happen.
