How to stop receiving duplicate invoices even after paying it off

I made an Etsy purchase back in 2020 and the seller sent me via Paypal an invoice so I can make the payments in installments. Basically, I'd go to the invoice, put in the amount I wanted to pay. By July 17th 2020 I submitted my last payment to the invoice (I broke it down into 3 equal installments) and I got the confirmation that via that invoice, I paid the amount in full.

 

But, every couple of months, the seller sends me the same invoice. Different invoice number, but same amount and for the same product. I reached out to the seller to let them know and was told they'd look into it. In the meantime, I just kept hitting cancel and including in the Notes field that I already paid off the amount. And I even included the invoice number as reference. I even tried to go via the Resolution Center to open a case but I get an error saying that I cannot create a case for this recurring invoice.

 

Just wanted to check if there are other options before I call Paypal's help line. Thanks in advance.
