Thank you so much I’ve tried sending them a message through Facebook but it doesn’t look like it’s monitored anymore. It’s ridiculous that they’ve asked me to do something and there is no option to do it I have sent a photo of it through the message centre so hopefully they get back to me before the case closes,, So frustrating ... Thanks for your help, I’ve not close the dispute they’ve asked me to send extra information but there is no way for me to do it I’ve looked on a PC I’ve tried to do it on my iPhone and the option is just not there I have message them through the message centre a copy of the form they want that I have signed ... Adding Additional information

I have been asked to add some additional information, a form I need to sign and a tick box there is no way for me to add any information because it says pending decision I have tried to add the document on a computer and on my iPhone and it just doesn’t give me the option I’ve tried messaging PayPal for help but they take ages to get back I’m concerned I’m not going to be able to upload this document and the case is going to be close not in my favour ... Have I made a mistake

I canceled a dispute case with you guys yesterday as the seller added the tracking (after telling me to open a case with PayPal as she couldn’t her end). If that item turns up broken can I still return it (will PayPal help). eBay tells me they won’t because I already opened one with PayPal.
