Hi: I recently completed an international transaction (Buyer was in Spain, I am US based) and after a few days, the buyer opened a case saying the item was not delivered. eBay closed the case and forced me to issue a refund (which is still pending) however, I been tracking the package and the item just arrived today to his country. Is there any way to reverse the refund? I been trying to contact both eBay and Paypal, and they are only taking messages (no calls) and taking forever to reply and resolve. Thanks for the help.
