On April 14, 2020, I ordered some hand sanitizer supplies from an online seller. On April 25, the seller emailed me, telling me that they cannot fulfill the order. They asked me if I wanted a substitute item or a refund. I requested a refund. At the same time, I opened a case with PayPal. The seller has no refunded my money. On April 25th, I escalated it to a dispute. I have not received any kind of refund, end every time I check the status on PayPal, the deadline dates keeps getting pushed back. I tried to contact Customer Service at PayPal, and all I get is that stupid virtual assistant which is useless. So what can I do next? I am unable to contact a live person at PayPal. Should I file a complaint with the BBB?
