@sharpiemarker , Thank you so much for the help, I only have two questions left to make this solved and close the subject 1- if the buyer allows partial payment ( 4 payments for example), and there was a dispute at final payment, will that dispute be only about that final payment, or it is about the whole payment as a whole? 2-in the page you attached it says = What's Covered? Physical goods that can be posted and which do not violate PayPal policies. does This mean that the buyer does not have any chance to receive a refund or even open a dispute in case he hasn't received the "service" not "item" he paid for?
