@ArlenP Did you file unauthorized claim? PayPal will deny those specifically if no one broke into your PayPal account to do something without your permission or knowledge. If you thought you paid a scammer or been sent something not as described, you must file Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described claim. Must reach out to customer service to change your claim to Item Not Received. Log on. Click HELP at the top menu. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
