1. Ship by courier - USPS has no services that offer Delivery or signature confirmation that Paypal will accept.  A customs form number is not acceptabvle for tracking.   Warn your customer in advance about the cost of shipment ( it will be high) and the likelihood of customs charges and clearance fees from the courier ( which may or may not be applied if you ship overnight - check with the courier).   2. NEVER ship ground service - it takes forever and you'll likely get disputes about non-delivery.   3. Customs forms are available with the particular courier - in most cases, you have to include 3 signed copies of an invoice ( the signatures must be original signatures and you put "I certify this information to be true" over top of them.   The courier handles the rest and you can ask them any questions - they're very good about that. ...
