Denied a purchase?

I was trying to purchase an item on Ebay, and my credit card that I ALWAYS use to make payments on other ebay items, got denied.  Why?

Banks' rules and regs are changing rapidly (for the worse, I'm afraid).  They're holding deposits for longer periods of time (using our money), and this sometimes causes a shortage of available funds.  Suggest you contact your bank/credit card company for an explanation.
