Hi @Neyshie,   I'm sorry to see that you've been unable to transfer funds to your bank account. After reviewing the screenshot provided, I can see that our security system does not recognize the device that you're logging in from. To resolve an issue of this nature, we recommend turning off any VPN services, attempting your transfer from a different device/browser, or waiting 24-48 hours in between attempts. PayPal will use the amount in your PayPal balance first, and then charge the remaining amount to your card. From the details mentioned in your message it doesn't sound like any tracking information can be provided, and if the sender does not have a PayPal account, the option to "confirm receipt" will not be available. With this in mind, the payment will be held for the full 21 days, and as soon as 21 days have passed, the amount will be made available. Hi @mishakachina,   If you'd like, there is an option to opt-out of our marketing emails and promotions. The option is in your notifications tab if you have a Personal account. In your notification settings, there's a "Marketing preferences" section which will be visible here, and by clicking "choose what you'd like", you can then "Unsubscribe from all" marketing emails.    I hope this helps!   -Derrick ...
