I can't find the tranzaction on activity but I find it on my email

Greetings,

I've made a payment some time ago for a certain item , but it doesn't shows  up on the Activity Menu , instead I've got the receipt on email which is odd.
The things doesn't go properly and almost passed 3 months when I decided to make an refund , but before that I said I must wait for opened case I've made for that product and nothing hapend.
When I decided to make the refund , surpringsly remarked I don't get the transaction on the Activity Menu instead I've seen getting the receipt on the mail.
Anyways , can anyone to help me or getting me an advice ? Or can someone from paypal staff contact me for that refund , I've got the evidence for that.

Thanks for reaching out for assistance. From the situation described, it sounds like your purchase may have been made as a "Guest". Guest transactions won't show up in your PayPal activity, but PayPal support can still help you dispute the transaction. For further assistance, please log into your account and visit our Contact page to view the available support options. A teammate will gladly help you with the dispute.

Greetings,

Thank you for answering on my issue. How can I open a dispute for a guest transaction because I wanted to figured out how can I open a case.
Could you please help me with the steps ? I watched some similar situations on the community and someone says , I should to phone the PayPal Number to give them the Transaction ID for the specific order, which I did meanwhile and nobody answer to the phone call .
