After hours and hours of searching here… [Removed] Email them and tell them to cancel your reoccurring payment asap. Include as much account detail as you can and send. This will auto create a support ticket. I went to bed and next morning I had an email from PayPal and them advising they can cancelled my reoccurring payment. ... View more

I just got off the phone with ACI and this is legit letter you need to call to fix the problem. It took me about 5 min to get this cleared up. Someone opened a PayPal account in my name and had a balance of $1500 on it. ACI took care of contacting PayPal to let them know this was not me and that was all i had to do.  She said there was nothing else I needed to do, but I could mail the bottom of the letter checking that this is not my debt (which I did) ... Bonjour, Mon compte PayPal présente un solde négatif de -736 euros. J'ai effectué trois paiements entre proches en sélectionnant mon compte bancaire comme source de paiement. L'argent a été débité de mon compte bancaire 15 jours plus tard (je dispose de mon relevé de compte comme preuve), mais un mois après, mon solde PayPal reste toujours négatif. PayPal m'a également facturé 20 euros par paiement, car vous avez tenté de retirer une seconde fois l'argent de mon compte bancaire sous forme de "frais de demande à la banque". J'aimerais savoir comment régulariser cette situation, car de mon côté, j'ai déjà payé. Pourtant, vous continuez à me prélever de l'argent, car vous ne mettez pas à jour mon compte. @F22171  Digital river is an ecommerce payment company. They don't fraudulently take your money. They partner with companies like Samsung, Microsoft, razr, McAfee, avast, etc. If you buy from those websites, your charge may show up as from digital river. They also handle subscriptions. A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account. If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting. Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it? Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.'' ... View more

I lost $1,225 dollars. The last 4 digits on my bank account always changed when making a money transfer and never matched my real last 4 digits of bank account. All this happened with agent customer service during the call. Im having a bad and sad experience at this moment. I need help for this money to be refunded. I tried making a dispute in resolution center and add a bank statement providing confirmation of my bank account numbers but it came back as not in my favor and the last agent that provided his services mention he submitted a claim but its not been showing up on my profile on dispute center, just the one that I filled. ...
