I'm sorry to hear about the trouble regarding the restriction, that can definitely be frustrating. We typically take 3-5 business days to review cases, but it can take longer depending on how many cases we currently have in our queue. Hopefully the restriction is resolved soon, but you may need to check your Resolution Center and email to see if we've sent you any updates requesting additional information.

hi think you misread my artickle i sold a item buyer said not as described i offer free return item no show,shows as still at post office where buyer posted he tried both ebay and paypal to get money back lost both cases i said full refund upon receipt of return buyer says my place to chase royal mail and make a claim i want my money now buyer taking me court saying i owe him money..is there anyway paypal can support my claim ie letter ect..and lastly whos place is it to chase royal mail.regards

Thanks for the reply. It was not a browser issue. I didn't know that for some purchases I don't get the option to choose how I want to pay with PayPal..for instance...using my balance first. I have changed my payment options to use my balance first and if that is not enough I will see options to pay the remainder. Thanks again
