If your PayPal account details for the transcation show "pending" it generally indicates a problem with the funding by the buyer.  If it's an eCheck it means PayPal is waiting for the funds to clear; it might be a bad checking account by the buyer.  If it is a credit card purchase, it may be that PayPal has not yet been able to determine that the transaction or card was valid.  It is generally better to wait until funds have cleared before sending items as the transaction may ultimately fail.   Only PayPal can provide detials.  it may mean persisting with the call and just staying on hold as long as it takes. ... After some research I finally located the Woosim Systems Inc. company in the U. S.  It took some resarch to find Woosim.com for the Asian center.  I filled in their information form and the request was forwarded to the U. S. division in Paso Robles, CA.  I talked to the rep today and find they work closely with PayPal and the most recent version of printer works with iOS and Android.  The printer has a mag stripe reader which is not functional with PayPal.  Very encouraging. ... You will probably need to contact PayPal directly by phone to fix. Was the money send as just sending money or as payment for services?  The sender had 2 options.  If the sender selected for goods/services, then PayPal expects you to provide goods or services.  If it were just to send money, like as a gift, then there should be no problem. ... What kind of legal contract did you have with the seller?  Payment was outside of PayPal so PayPal would not get involved. Bank checks are high risk for buyers to use as there is no option to recover funds.
