Bonjour, Mon compte PayPal présente un solde négatif de -736 euros. J'ai effectué trois paiements entre proches en sélectionnant mon compte bancaire comme source de paiement. L'argent a été débité de mon compte bancaire 15 jours plus tard (je dispose de mon relevé de compte comme preuve), mais un mois après, mon solde PayPal reste toujours négatif. PayPal m'a également facturé 20 euros par paiement, car vous avez tenté de retirer une seconde fois l'argent de mon compte bancaire sous forme de "frais de demande à la banque". J'aimerais savoir comment régulariser cette situation, car de mon côté, j'ai déjà payé. Pourtant, vous continuez à me prélever de l'argent, car vous ne mettez pas à jour mon compte. PayPal is absolutely sneaky with there 6 month promotional purchase program, I’ve had problems with this for years, first off they do not allocate payments towards your first up expiring balances, instead they apply it to the regular balance 2 you literally have no way to allocate payments unless you call or chat with them, and then it’s not even updated in real time !! They always say wait 1 -2 billing cycles, those payments should automatically go towards your promotional balances first !!! I’ve been frustrated for years with this(yes years)I ask all the time when will there be an option on the web site for these transactions only to be told we are working on it !!! Come on PayPal it shouldn’t be that hard to do !! After all there USED TO be an option to do that without calling or chatting !! Absolutely horrible credit line! Like all others, I applied, got approved, made a couple of purchases, even paid off the entire balance TWICE now. Paypal does not protect the you. I just got scammed as well. I sent buyer item. He said it wasn't item as advertised. They had him return it. Guess what...he returns the bix with 2 mortar bricks and screws. I lost $900 Paypal still citied with him after I sent pictures and all. Unbelievable. All and all. Paypal does not protect sellers. If they take something that's not theirs to take without consent or valid protocol, that's stealing. Please tell me there's something more than air between the ears, this one's pretty obvious here.
