Hi stephc016,   Thank you for posting to the Community Forum.   PayPal Credit  obtained a copy of your credit report when you first applied for your  account. Only this specific inquiry is visible to other credit grantors.   PayPal Credit does perform occasional reviews of your credit. These inquiries don't impact your credit score and they aren't visible to prospective credit grantors.   ... Hi KJBramlett,   Thank you for posting!   The credit can be used toward a future purchase or you can request that the balance be refunded to you by check. If you'd like PayPal Credit  to send you a check for the credit balance please contact customer support.   You can find us on Facebook and Twitter or by calling 866-528-3733   If after 90 days we  haven't received a check request, a check for the remaining credit balance will be sent  the address currently listed on the account.     ... Hi Krindle,   Thank you for posting.   After you click "Make a Payment" and arrive at the payment screen, you have two options.   The first option is the "One-time payment" option.  Here you can pay your full balance or enter in a smaller payment amount.  This is also where you schedule future payments by clicking on the calendar.         The second option is the "Automatic Payments" option.  Here you can pay your last statement balance or you can set you reoccurring payments for your minimum amount due each month.  This ensures your minimum payment is made each month.   Are you getting stuck on one of these screens?   ...
