Do the charges show as completed transactions or authorizations? When you first make a payment, you may first see a temporary authorization, which is a pending hold, and then shortly after, you'll see the completed transaction go through. Some banks automatically release the authorization immediately once the completed transaction goes through, but others will hold it for 7-10 business days after, just in case there are any adjustments to your payment. If you don't see the authorization fall off after ten business days, please reach out to your bank. Alternatively, if the two extra charges do also show as completed transactions, please grab a copy of your bank statement and reach out to Customer Support for further investigation.
