Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion surrounding a transfer fee to your card. Thank you @Grimreepr for your help so far. We appreciate your time and input!   @theblackbeltguy, welcome! I can understand how this must be a bit frustrating. Thank you for providing those screenshots of the fees being charged. The first screenshot looks like a normal transfer fee charged by PayPal. However the second 1% being charged looks like it is initiated by your debit card. Thanks for your time and expertise.    Hello @jontty, I'm sorry to hear you've run into issues with auto-logins recently. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history recently? That Settings and Security page may not be displaying the proper options if your browser is working off older / outdated information. Also, you may want to check your browser settings to make sure it's not saving any passwords or login details. Hello @heikendan and @Grimreepr,  Thanks for posting in the Community; welcome, @heikendan! I apologize for the confusion caused by the fee amount when creating a PayPal Button. As @Grimreepr mentioned, someone could donate less than the amount of fees. If you were to set that they can only donate a fixed amount, that would offset the fees but would require people to send multiple payments if they wanted to send more.   On the Donate Button Page, there is an option to submit Feedback at the top right or bottom left, depending on which page you're on. I will make sure your feedback about wanting to be able to set a minimum amount is forwarded, but the next time you're reviewing or editing a button, you can submit it there, too.  I hope you both have a beautiful day!  - Meghan ... Hey @lucy_wilson    Thanks for responding back! Yes! As mentioned by @kernowlass PayPal account holders of Democratic Republic of the Congo should have linked financials to send money from their PayPal account. To view the services available in any country, go to the PayPal website, click the flag at the bottom of the page, and then click 'See all countries.' In the drop down menu, select the country to see what services we offer and you can also refer the User Agreement of Democratic Republic of the Congo by clicking 'Legal' at the bottom of the page to know more about payment methods used to send money from the account.   There will be a fees when you receive a payment(friends & family or goods & services payment) from someone in another country. Hello @ND1982 and @Grimreepr,  Welcome! Thanks for posting in the Community!  I'm sorry to hear about the duplicate charges appearing on your debit card statement. Do the charges show as completed transactions or authorizations? When you first make a payment, you may first see a temporary authorization, which is a pending hold, and then shortly after, you'll see the completed transaction go through. Some banks automatically release the authorization immediately once the completed transaction goes through, but others will hold it for 7-10 business days after, just in case there are any adjustments to your payment. If you don't see the authorization fall off after ten business days, please reach out to your bank. Alternatively, if the two extra charges do also show as completed transactions, please grab a copy of your bank statement and reach out to Customer Support for further investigation. I'm sorry to hear of the confusion it caused. When opening your transaction details within your PayPal Activity, you may be able to expand the fee to find out more. I suggest checking out this Help Center article and our Fees Page to learn more about PayPal fees and how to calculate them.  I absolutely agree with @Grimreepr, reviewing your payment receiving preferences can help prevent some potential fees due to to currency conversions. There is little chance that these are signal jammers. They are illegal in Poland. Penalty for using a jammer that endangers life or health: 1 to 10 years Intentionally causing a plane crash: 2 to 12 years. Destruction of a drone: up to 5 years. I was flying in a meadow where there were no buildings or antennas. I have flown other drones here before and there were no problems. The drone did not suffer damage during the fall. Only the cable from the antenna broke. Earlier this one I had range problems with this drone. I reported the chargeback to Visa as well. On the PayPal homepage I got this information recently: "Add information from tracking system for chargeback shipment " and when I click on this message it takes me to the dispute on PayPal.
