In my cases this month I am reading .... these are ORANGE Clocks placed on the Blue Storefront icons that mark the charges to merchants one was because this Mom & Pop store hasn't gotten around to taking the money to fulfill the purchase and no tracking number yet, either ZAPPOS (shoes) has a buggy A.I. that cancelled my $300 order WHY???? you ask?  Because I hadn't place a regular order in the last two years of my decades long relationship with these idiots ZAPPOS humans unlocked my account to allow me to REORDER, so another $300 order appears with clock now BUT NO CREDIT for the first order .... Did they [removed] their buggy A.I. you ask? Nooooooooooo, sorry Charlie .... whoever is sticking AI up ours needs exposure and tar/feathers IMHO ... View more

No I never got my money back all I received was the run around and I'm just lost and afraid to scan any bar code.I had to cancel my credit cards and turn off any form of the auto payments option with PayPal.. I truly believe they're in it with these companies.. I'm convinced there's no way these companies could do this to people and get away for so long. And the crazy part ,to this very day Pay Pal is allowing them to continue using their service to rip people off.My question is why would they be so inclined to keep allowing them to do so if they weren't getting a kickback.. Not sure who's able to stop this but I sure hope I live to get my payback..And see both of these companies pay for this hurt and financial inconvenience they have cause so many people.. Any chance you can walk me through the BBB complaint process?  I had a similar thing happen.  Somebody obtained access to my pp account, added a foreign bank account and transferred out most of my $1100 balance.  I received an email in the overnight hours that the transfer had happened and when i woke up the next day, I saw the email regarding the transfer to the unknown bank account, I immediately filed a dispute.  The rep i spoke to said she saw what looked like fraudulent activity, helped me change my password and such and said I should receive my funds within 5-7 days.  About an hour later, i get an email saying my case was denied as "this transaction was consistent with your paypal history".   I have since requested an appeal, but as others on here seem to say, it will get denied too.  I will be contacting local tv and news stations and their consumer advocate personel and the BBB ( if somebody can help point out how and where to do so ) if paypal doesn't reimburse me.  Its insane that they don't take responsibility for this kind of stuff. ... Nah, not solution. I found a loophole however. I've sent the sum to one of friends paypal, who was able to withdraw it to his bank account and after that wired it to me, via normal bank transfer. So, if you have someone whom you trust, you could try that. ... View more

Payments can often be blocked or declined if there's any possible risk. If you've already gone through the information listed in this Help Center article about PayPal Debit Card being declined, I would suggest you to try the payment again at a later date by clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device. Also, please make sure that there are no pending actions in your account. You can review any pending actions in the resolution center or notifications tab in your PayPal account. Straight forward out of the box, No, there is no easy way to transfer from PayPal to Venmo.  There are 3 ways to do it: 1. sign up for Venmo linked account and transfer Venmo to Venmo (Still not PayPal to Venmo) 2. transfer to a bank account ( Still not PayPal to Venmo) 3.
