We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi smonstors!
In order to use a gift card, there has to be a secondary funding source on your account - if a debit or credit card doesn't work for you, consider adding a bank account instead.

Hi tfivestarr!
It isn't necessary to add funds to your account before sending a payment. As long as you have a card or bank on file with us, when you send the payment, we will debit the card or bank directly. So, rather, than waiting to send us a money order, you can send a payment immediately!

Excellent advice - if you receive an email stating there are issues with your account, always go directly to eBay or PayPal instead of following a link in the email.
Kudos to you!

Hi pp-lsw!
If you want to free up the old email address for use on a different account, first confirm the new email address and make it your primary. Once that has been completed, you'll be able to delete the old one.

Without a bank account attached, you can still receive a payment and request that a check be mailed to you.

When you're creating the button, leave the amount blank so that they can enter their own amount when checking out.
In the "Customize Button" section, click on the link that says "Customize text or appearance." Select "Use your own button image," and you'll be able to ask the button to display a hosted image you've created specificially for your needs.
