The good news is that you are eligible to earn 3% cash back when you use the PayPal Cashback Mastercard to send money to other PayPal users on your PayPal account. Hi @akrho10, That's an excellent question. If you're referring to a dispute, you can find the case details in the Resolution Center by clicking on the case ID. If you're referring to an account limitation, you can visit the Resolution Center and select Go to Account Limitations for more information. Based on what you've described, it sounds like you're being asked to complete an additional security challenge to log in. To help prevent unauthorized access, our internal security system reviews every action for patterns or unusual activity. For that reason, we typically recommend logging in from a secure internet network using a familiar device and avoiding VPNs or public Wi-Fi.   Phone numbers aren't always compatible with our system, and you may run into issues if you're using a prepaid phone or VoIP service. If the phone number on your account isn't visible when you're prompted to complete the challenge, that usually means we're unable to send a code via SMS to that number. You'd be asked to add a different one to complete the verification, but please keep in mind that the name and address associated with your PayPal account must match what appears on your phone billing statement in order for our system to send the text. This prevents any random number from being added to the account. Customers can send you payments using the email address or phone number associated with your account, but in some cases, they may just want a way to get in contact with you if something goes wrong with the sale. At this time, PayPal accounts in New Zealand can only use their PayPal balance or a card to send money. If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend linking your debit card instead. Hi @Shellamadre, Thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're running into issues converting your balance to another currency. Depending on how you want to withdraw your funds, there may be a minimum amount required. For example, GCash requires at least 500 PHP to Cash In. If you've completed all of the steps in our Help Center to convert the funds into Pesos and you're still unable to withdraw the balance, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team for assistance.  I hope this helps!   - Marina ...
