Hi @onlinenibras  Thanks for reaching the community for this concern.    You can verify your account by either adding and confirming a bank account, or applying for and being approved for a PayPal Credit product.  Verification of identity increases customer trust because it creates a higher level of confidence that a person is who they say they are. When other PayPal users see that you are a Verified User, they know you have taken the steps to provide additional evidence of your identity. If you are expecting for a payment, please validate to the sender, what email address or phone number they use in sending the sending. It should be the email address or phone number associated to your Paypal account. Its also important to check your "Activity" for all payment statuses. Please check if your email address is already verified. Click Having trouble logging in?  Enter the email address you use for PayPal and click Next. (You'll be asked to confirm your identity by selecting a verification method.) Select how you want to recover your password, and click Next. (You'll be shown some options such as Have us call you, Receive a text, Receive an email, Answer your security questions, Confirm through Facebook Messenger or Confirm your identity using Google.) Hi @Richard1122  Thanks for reaching the community for this concern.   For you to add a bank account, just follow these steps: Click Wallet at the top of the page (if you’re on a mobile device, tap Menu then Wallet). Click Link a bank account. Select your bank, or click Don't see your bank? at the bottom. Depending on the bank you select, you may have the option to link your bank instantly using your online banking login information. If the instant option isn't available, just enter your bank account details manually and click Agree and Link. You can use this link too for further help. If this is a payment for goods and services, all you need to do is to get in touch to the sender and advised them to confirm that they already receive this item or service. Once they did that, payment will be accessible in your account immediately. Here's how to confirm you've received an item: Click Activity at the top of the page.
