Hi @tommycat87 Thanks for reaching the Community for this concern. Possible that the transactions are being stopped by our internal security system. Our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction. This is nothing to do with the amount of the money sometimes a small amount or large transaction can be decline with our security guidelines. No specific date or time when those payments will go through however you can give it a try processing it again. You have can confirm your bank by entering the the 2 amounts that will deposited on the bank account or you can choose the "Confirm your bank account" option. Hi @oo11sohell Thanks for reaching the Community for this  concern. As part of our 2 factor authentication process, a 6 digit pin is sent to the primary phone number on file during password reset procedures. If you don't have any access on that number, you can try other ways of resetting your password. Based on my understanding on your inquiry, if you have multiple residences for instance in 2  countries, you can have 2 accounts as long as 1 of them is a business account. You can not change your country you used to have in where that account is originally opened. This is similar to the way most banks and credit card companies work. Occasionally, when we pass the transaction to your bank or card issuer, they can decide to decline it.
