How to change paypal account name?

Hi I want to change the personal name on my paypal account, because the names on my paypal account and my bank account are different, whereas I want to make a cash withdrawal to a local bank, as we know the name on the PayPal account must exactly match the name in a bank account and therefore I want to change it. can the paypal help me? I will provide the documents or evidence needed to support this change of name. previously this was my second account because I was very confused the first account could not change the name then suggested a friend to create a new account, maybe this is against the paypal policy which only allows to have one account, can anyone help me? Thanks for reaching the Community for this concern. For name changes, you can make a minor correction once only for maximum of 2 characters. It can not be change into another person's name. If its not a typo error, we may ask for documents for your name change request like IDs or birth certificate.
