Hi I want to change the personal name on my paypal account, because the names on my paypal account and my bank account are different, whereas I want to make a cash withdrawal to a local bank, as we know the name on the PayPal account must exactly match the name in a bank account and therefore I want to change it. can the paypal help me? I will provide the documents or evidence needed to support this change of name. previously this was my second account because I was very confused the first account could not change the name then suggested a friend to create a new account, maybe this is against the paypal policy which only allows to have one account, can anyone help me?
