I will tell you everything from the beginning, my gf who lives in the US wanted to send me money, so i created a paypal account, and i linked my visa card into it, then she sent me money, i transferred them to my bank card and everything was fine, then after 2 days, Paypal asked me for a photo id + bank statement, I provided the photo id, and the next day i went out and got a bank statement and took an SS of it then submitted it to Paypal,

a day later, I try to login to my paypal and i see "we're permanently limiting your account"

note that the account has 197$ in it, that i'm now unable to refund or withdraw,

Paypal is literally robbing people from their hard work, i literally did nothing wrong and followed every instruction they ever gave me, why would they do this to me.
