PayPal Invalid postal code Format

Hi PayPal Support Team,

In our web site (www.yankeecandle.com) placed an order with Invalid postal code format of less than 5 digits and greater than 5 digits. Normally in Sand box site we can't accept the greater than 5 digits postal code and less than 5 digits postal code format.

 

Could you please analyze how to accept the with Invalid postal code format in sand box.
