So i have about 154 dollars that are on hold in my paypal account from selling stuff on ebay. I understand the terms and that i might not get this money for up to 21 days. My problem is while i have this money on hold i have been actively buying stuff on ebay, i dont know where im going to be charged. Will it charge the 154 after it is done pending? Or will it go to my bank account? Because it has been a couple days now and it hasnt went to my bank account and each order says complete, and normally by now it would have charged my bank account. I'm just kind of confused at this point.
Ordinarily, it should charge your balance in the Paypal account if there are sufficient cleared funds there - there should be lines on the account page showing each payment.
If, as you say, they're not there, it could be that Paypal is behind right now and it may take up to 4 days for the charges to appear.
