why is my payment still being held? i shipped item quickly, buyer received item quickly, but gave neg feedback 2 wks later, but is keeping item. so buyer has had item for over 2 wks but i still cannot withdraw money. it was supposed to be released today but so far hasn't been. has anyone had a similiar situation? what do i do now?
