In regards to your exact numbers, the Community can't comment on account specifics nor do they have access to them. It sounds as if you might have some withdrawals that are factoring into this total, so you'll want to audit the account. Using the All Activity (with balance) filter should allow you to have a quick look and see if there is anything that may be immediately obvious.
