i cannot see my money

i sold my item 30days ago. but now i also did not see any money. what can i do?

Since you sold your item 30 days ago and still have not seen the money in your PayPal account, I would first check your email address to make sure it is confirmed, if the email address is confirmed the money should be in your account. If the email address is confirmed the next step would be to contact the buyer to see if the payment has been made.

but i got  teh email, which is said someone pay for you. but I  cannot see any money in my paypal or the ebay accaount.

Have you checked to see if the email address is confirmed?

The best way to get this taken care of is to contact PayPal directly and we can take a look at your PayPal account with you.

To contact PayPal directly - log into your PayPal account, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen and you will be given a phone number and a PIN.
