I am new to ebay and paypal, and I registered with paypal through the ebay link. Paypal required me to put in my credit card information, but I cannot transfer money from it. I can only transfer money from a bank account (which i will never get again) or from a green dot card. So why did paypal need my credit card information I can't use it on paypay. This actually seems like some type of scam if their asking for information and not allowing me to use it.
You cannot "add funds" to your PayPal account from a credit card, however... you don't need to add funds to your PayPal account prior to sending a payment. Your PayPal payment can be funded directly by your linked credit card or bank account.
