Never got money from Paypal and balance shows zero

I sold on item using Pay Pal in October.

The item shows transaction copmlete.

My Paypal balance shows zero.

Money was never transfered to my bank account.

So what is up????

Welcome to the boards!

When you use PayPal to receive payments, the funds are placed into your PayPal balance first.  They are not automatically sent to your bank.

To send payments you have received to your bank account, click on "Withdraw" after logging in.

If you have received the payments, and the funds are not in your balance, it's possible they were used for other purchases.  If you leave the funds in the account rather than withdrawing them, they'll be used first towards other purchases. 

I would recommend reviewing your History to see when the funds were received and what they were used for.
