I have an account in a Belarussian-Swiss Bank. Can I add these funds to my Paypal account?

From what I'm seeing on https://www.paypal.com/worldwide, PayPal does not currently offer service to Belarus.  By default, this would mean we would be unable to support a Belarus-based bank. 

Moving beyond that, if this is a Swiss bank account, it would have to be denominated in the local currency (CHD) and could only be added by an account located in Switzerland.  So if you have a US bank account, I don't think we'll be able to accomodate this request.
