I am awaiting a payment from a ebay buyer but payment has been sent to the wrong email address. Will I still be able to receive payment through my new email address
bridie- Well, you certainly can receive the payment at the correct email address, but a couple of things will need to happen first. You'll want to communicate with the buyer about the situation, and have them cancel the payment; they'll have a button next to their sent payment. Then they can resend to the right email, or you could invoice them to make sure there's no problems.
