Accepting credit cards and payments?

Hi I am new to eBay and PayPal.  I am very confused by this set up.  I sold serveral low cost items all under $100.  I am confused by the timing of the paymetns reaching PayPal and the timing eBay requires me to ship?  It appears to me that i have to ship out before I get my money in PayPal???

Also, AFTER I shipped I received and email from PayPal stating one of the paymetns came through on a credit card and I am not a premier member so I cannot accept it.  What am I supposed to do now?!  I already shipped?

paypal says Ineed to reject paypment or upgrade?!  If I reject what is the guarantee I ever get paid??!

Also I logges into PayPal and I cannot tell WHICH item weas paid for by credit card.  The whole system is so NOT user friendly and set up to confuse.

Can anyone recommend what i should do?  HELP!  PLEASE!

I still got the email too but was able to accept my first payment to a personal account that apparently came in via credit card (or at least the bogus email said it did).  The money became available at paypal a few days after the usps tracking said it arrived at the buyer (I bought the shipping label from eBay).
