"We value your business and want to provide you with the best customer care."
Really, then how about accepting emails, or a phone call - even if its to "peggy".
How about a way to contact your executives that make all this really neat decisions that **bleep** your customers?
Quit hiding behind the computer./

Since October 21st PayPal representitives have been promising me that they would link my stupid connect account to my account overview page. Although they claim to have done that on 12/29 I still cannot access my account online. View card details does not appear on my account overview page and I cannot pay online. When I call PayPal Stupid Connect to find out why I listen to a recording that says "you can access your account by logging into www.paypal.com". Everytime I hear that I want to start WW3 because that is the one thing I cannot do. I know I am wasting my time typing this blog because not one person from PayPal even cares. As long as they get money they could CARE LESS ABOUT SERVICE!

Constant headaches, freakin constant!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh we will release your money when we verify delivery, and the EBAY buyer leaves positive feed back, then if the sun , moon, pluto, and the north star all line up maybe we will get it done. Or maybe not. So call paypal, and their wonderful customer support team will just jump all over it, or not. Well maybe we wouln't, heck we got our money 10 days ago. Or the one where they send the money to the wrong freakin account, AWSOME service, AWSOME setup, just awesome. It is a scam they hold your money, make the intrest, take thier money and jerk you around. Paypal and ebay have a wonderful setup one just puts it off on the other, while you sit in limbo. I have owned a number of businesses in my life and i have never seen worse client service, or a monopoly like these two monsters are setting up together. Who would continue to do business with these two companies? Not me, after I clear up my last two transactions I'm done with both of these sites for good. For those reading I've never wrote a letter like this on a board in my life, that is how sick of mainly PAYPAL I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The standard PayPal fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents. The standard PayPal fee for cross-border payments is 3.9% plus 30 cents.

I have used paypal several times over a15 year span, and have come to the conclusion they ue the "pending" time to accumulate entries to some ledger as a financial leverage tool. In some cases,so I have been told, there have been employee use of financial data for personal gain, or outright theft from hackers, etc. Over a week past I ordered software from TIGER DIRECT website, used paypal to pay for it, with VISA card. On the day of expected delivery, I find Tiger did not have the item in stock, BUT did have it at the time of the order. DUE to paypal delays, they sold out and would not get any more for several days. MAYBY,,,So I cancelled the order, WED, yet paypal refused to cancel the HOLD on thr funds. Calls, emails, from Tiger and me, to re-iterate the cancellation, over a three day period have YET to free the funds. This prevents me from ordering the product frim another company that had the software in stock, but could not get the charge cleared on VISA due to the hold by paypal. This domino effect has been costly and aggrevating on MORE than three occasions, and cost me added embarrasment, time, and money to do some work around, due to the limited funds and income constraints.
PayPal has yet to answer ANY of my emails, and the girl I spoke with in INDIA could barely speak english, let alone explain why it takes three days to CANCEL a transaction AFTER being told by the merchant that the funds would NOT be claimed..
THIS sort of deciet, is common with paypal, based on my years of experience, and these foreign holders of our financial info can very easily expose us to RUIN, as some have done, to me, on more than one occasion. I strongly reccomend CANCEL your paypal acct, RUN from thier offers, CHANGE your bank access, get another credit card. The potential for ID Theft is HUGH, and the last time they did this to me, it took me years toget cleared. More-so, I am stuck with product from past deals that were DOA, such as the APC batteries, listed as NEW but WAY past thier warranty date. I uspect, this is part of some larger financial scheme, that takes small amounts of potential funds, to add together into some larger balance sheet, then leveraged, even for a day, to play the monetary markets. WE are the unwitting dupes and victums. Granted my fifty years of lae enforcment may color my judgment, and having had a few bad experiences with paypal serves to indicate a pattern of deception and trickery....but THREE days to cancel a hold, when it took ten seconds to TAKE the money, is poor dealing.

Check with your local Secretary of State, Paypal should have a registered agent listed that you can serve lawsuits on against Paypal. Companies like Paypal only understand one thing, that is a lawsuit.
