PayPal payments to iTunes

What do I need to do to get a payment to go through to iTunes?? it keeps saying there's a problem with billing and taking me to the agreement between iTunes and PayPal. I've clicked on it multiple times, yet the payment still has not gone through. I have contacted Apple's support and they are NO help whatsoever. Basically they told me I was stupid and needed to "work out the quirks" with PayPal myself. All this over $1.05. They refuse to cancel the purchase and in the meantime I can't download or update anything on my computer OR my iPod!

Hi airforcegrrrl,

Some merchants have settings that only allow specific types of funding to be used to complete a payment, or rule out specific types of funding, especially when billing agreements are involved. If you haven't been able to initiate a payment to iTunes and it is sending you back to the billing agreement page, you may want to ask the merchant what type of cards they accept for payment.

I hope this helps!

I finally figured it out!!!  After authorizing PayPal through iTunes, you need to go back into PayPal and look at the Billing Details portino of your profile - you need to activate a backup funding source here or iTunes won't recognize it.  Although in my search for a solution I came across an account of peoples' PayPal accounts having been hacked through iTunes, so I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this as an authorized payment source...Good luck!
