That sounds fantastic! I'm not a stuffing (or dressing) person typically, nor is bread even close to one of my favorite starches, but around this time of year I crave mass quantities of starchy bready goodness soaked in shallot imbued olive oil and - better yet, roasted bird fat! Yum!

Not the most appetizing way to describe it, but I am fully cognizant of what makes it tasty and I'm not going to pretend otherwise!
