I am confused! I paid my balance in full and then paypal kindly credited a late fee of $40. So now I have a -$40 balance and the only solution I see is to add $40 to my account. In my mind, and looking at my Account Activity, this doesn't make sense. Can someone explain the math to me? It seems like I should be able to use that credit.
