card ownership verification in wrong currency

my paypal account and bank account are in euros but when I try to verify the ownership of my credit card the transaction is 0usd, can I fix this and does the bank charge a conversion fee for 0 dollars

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues confirming your card. I understand how frustrating that must be. Normally, the card's currency is set by the card company when it's being added to your PayPal account. However, you can reach out to our Customer Support teams to have the card's currency adjusted to Euro if you wish.
